Company: LINKLATERS LLP

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Negotiable

About us:

Linklaters is a multi-national commercial law firm, with 31 offices in 21 countries worldwide.

We have been named as one of The Times' Top 50 Employers for Women, recognised by Stonewall as a top employer for LGBTQ+ inclusion, and by the Social Mobility Employer Index as a top employer for advancing social mobility.

We recognise that one size does not fit all. Our goal is to embed flexibility across our firm by giving everyone the opportunity to work in an agile way, whether as a regular pattern or on an ad hoc basis, and we will be happy to discuss this further.

We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the legal industry. Not sure you meet all qualifications? Let us decide! Research shows that women and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! At Linklaters, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.

About the role:

Knowledge is one of our key assets at Linklaters, and we are dedicated to developing and exploiting it to generate greater value for our firm. The Intranet Content Assistant will support the Intranet team in managing and developing intranet content, ensuring that our lawyers and business teams can easily find the tools, people, knowledge, and information they need to serve our clients effectively.

In this global role, you will focus on our intranet platform and Yammer, ensuring content is reviewed, effectively owned, managed, and compliant with our content policies. Your key duties will include:

  • Content Development: Liaising with content owners to design and deliver engaging and accurate content.
  • Communications and Support: Supporting team communications, promoting content, and addressing end-user queries.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinating team meetings, room bookings, diary management, and drafting meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Training and Reporting: Supporting the training programme and intranet-related communications, and providing support for reporting and other related tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out processes to ensure content creation, review, and deletion meet defined policies and standards.
  • Review, action, and resolve intranet requests and queries efficiently.
  • Support communications within the team and assist content owners in promoting their content.
  • Establish relationships with content owners and editors to review, amend, and enhance intranet content.
  • Support development and testing activities.

We are ideally looking for:

  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • A pragmatic multi-tasker with attention to detail.
  • Keen to learn and develop skills in online content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general office systems
  • An understanding of and interest in intranet, knowhow, or web technologies.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
