Teaching Assistant - Shrewsbury - Full Time

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a client Primary school based in Shrewsbury. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with Special Educational Needs within a mainstream classroom. The role is full time, long term and will begin in September 2024. The role will initially continue until the end of the first term, with a view for this to continue for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children.
• A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working with children or adults with SEND would be beneficial.
• Right to work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
