Role Overview: Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Level Data Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and Microsoft tools to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and support decision-making processes. Your ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Use SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Utilize Excel and Microsoft tools to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Microsoft tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau, Excel) for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the finance sector is desirable but not essential.
