Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Finance Officer on an initial three-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension and even permanent employment. The head office is based in London and operating on a flexible hybrid working pattern.
The Interim Finance Officer’s key responsibilities will include:
- Processing a high volume of invoices.
- Reconciling the supplier statements and bank statements.
- Maintaining the busy accounts payable inbox and answering supplier queries.
- Processing the weekly payment runs and paying BACs payments.
- Maintaining cashbooks.
The Interim Finance Officer will have:
- Experience working in a busy Accounts department, specialising in Accounts Payable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Experience using ‘Open Accounts” and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
