• Sales and Purchases
• Freehold and Leasehold transactions
• New-build properties
• Unregistered and Shared Ownership properties
• Right to Buy and Help to Buy schemes

This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of residential property transactions across England and Wales, keeping your work interesting and engaging.Key Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor/Conveyancer with substantial residential conveyancing experience (ideally 10+ years’ PQE)
• Confident in managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible approach
