Castleview Group are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our well established team in Chester le Street.

Key responsibilities:

• Office based position Monday to Friday
• Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with care providers and local authorities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for care positions through various sourcing methods.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
• Conduct interviews.
• Demonstrate a high level of motivation

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 18 months in recruitment (Perm or Temp sector)
• Driving licence
• Strong communication skills
• Proven successful billing record and achievements
• Resilient personality
• High levels of drive and ambition
