Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will proactively establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices for the production of world-leading innovations.

Act as the lead competent person for environment, health and safety, as defined by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, and Environmental Policy.
Ensure the group of companies complies with current legislation, approved codes of practice and guidance in relation to employment and service provision.
Manage the Environmental, Health and Safety team

What We're Looking For

Current, valid driving licence,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent qualification
Experience of operating in a health, safety and environmental position
Knowledge and understanding of all legislative requirements and Codes of Practice relating to occupational health, safety and environment
Excellent written and interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge constructively
