We are seeking a Challenging Behaviour Assistant to support students aged 5-11 years with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) and behavioural difficulties in a specialist setting in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities - Challenging Behaviour Assistant:

  • Build strong relationships with students, providing consistency and emotional regulation support.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with challenging behaviour, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, or similar needs.
  • A graduate, ex-police officer, or experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role.
  • Strong communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
