About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead one of our four-bed residential children's homes. In this pivotal role, you will provide oversight and leadership to a dedicated team while ensuring a therapeutic, relationship-based approach to care. You will maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and well-being for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a four-bed children's home, creating a safe and therapeutic environment.
Implement therapeutic practices to support emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding requirements.
Oversee budget management, quality assurance audits, and service improvement action plans.
Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Act as an advocate for Doncaster Council and prioritize the needs of the children.About You

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role within children's residential care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care (or willingness to complete within 3 years).
Skills: Strong therapeutic care knowledge, leadership, communication, and budget management skills.
