We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join our clients, an independent lettings agency, in the Cambridge area.

For this position, our clients are offering a strong basic salary, commission structure and a varied working role as the position will be a dual role. Meaning no two days will be the same! 

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday
• Alternate Saturday mornings  

The successful Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager will be offered:

• £25,000 - £30,000 Basic
• £30,000 - £35,000 OTE  
• Mileage

Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager requirements:

• Experience in the Lettings industry
• UK driving license
• Access to own car 
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal 
• Professional attitude

As a Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager,  your role will involve:

• Dealing with Property Maintenance issues by liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
• Carry out Viewings
• Occasional Valuations
• Dealing with Tenancy applications
