Are you a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) leader looking for a role where you can drive real change? My client is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to shape safety culture, ensure compliance, and lead sustainability initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this key leadership position, you'll be responsible for:? Developing & implementing the HSE strategy across the business? Driving ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification and best practices? Embedding a positive HSE culture at all levels of the organisation? Monitoring & reporting on safety and environmental performance? Ensuring compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations? Leading sustainability initiatives, working towards a zero-landfill future

What They're Looking For

? NEBOSH Diploma & IEMA qualified (or equivalent)? 5+ years of HSE leadership experience? Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills? Knowledge of COSHH, risk management, and compliance? Ability to drive cultural change from dependent to interdependent teams
