Our Moulding Department is an integral part of our production process, and we are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals to join our team.Job Overview:We are seeking a physically fit and motivated individual to work in our Moulding Department, responsible for producing moulded seat cushions and pillows. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:* Operate moulding machines to produce seat cushions and pillows.* Monitor and control the moulding process to ensure product quality and consistency.* Load raw materials into moulds, operate machinery, and remove finished products.* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding equipment.* Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.* Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment when required.* Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.Qualifications:* Prior experience in a manufacturing or moulding environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.* Good physical fitness and stamina, capable of lifting, moving, and operating equipment (up to [insert weight]).* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.* Team-oriented with good communication skills.Physical Requirements:* Ability to stand for extended periods.* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and lifting/carrying heavy materials.* Ability to work in a warm, industrial environment.Benefits:* £11.44 per hour + overtime Monday to Friday* Hours: 07.00 - 16.00 but is subject to change (14.00 - 22.00 hrs).* Opportunities for career advancement.* On-the-job training provided.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
