Tradewind Recruitment are working with a large and welcoming primary school based in Northfield to recruit an experienced HLTA to support with class cover and interventions across KS1 and KS2.

Applicants for this role are required to have the following:

Level 4 or above qualification in childcare or education
Experience of covering classes in the absence of the teacher
Strong behaviour management
Knowledge of the national curriculum
Understanding of supporting SEN children in schools

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
