A large manufacturing company with several sites across the UK is on the lookout for an Die Tooling Engineer.

In this role, you will play a key part in new model introductions while providing expert technical support for Die Maintenance and Press operations.

The Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead new model die trials.

* Design and develop new die processes using customer CAD models.

* Oversee the production of hot and cold new model dies.

* Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve tooling efficiency, contributing to key performance targets.

* Maintain a safe working environment.

Knowledge and Experience:

* NVQ Level 4 in Tool, Die & Mould, Mechanical Engineering, or a Level 3 Die Maintenance Apprenticeship.

* Understanding of Die/Press processes and operations.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical press tooling issues.

* Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
