Paint Technician

Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a Paint Technician. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The main responsibilities for the Paint Technician are as follows:

* Paint work from start to finish - Prep, Prime, Paint, Polish

* Ensure correct paint repair is applied to damaged vehicles

* Ensure correct preparation is undertaken and correct paint is used on each job

* Maintain equipment and facility to high standard

* Follow process and job card for each repair

To be a successful candidate for the Paint Technician role you must:

* Have NVQ / C&G or IMI qualification in Vehicle Accident Repair - Paint or similar

* Have previous experience within accident repair bodyshop

* Have excellent attention to detail

Salary and Benefits:

* £40k - £45k (OTE £50k - £55k)
