Previous HS2 experience is beneficial

* Proficient user of office

*

Autocad and total station ability to use comfortably with experience setting out and surveying

* Ability to read temp works/ PW and RC drawings

* Temp works coordinator/supervisor advantageous

* Good communicator, able to work as a team and make decisions

* Previous experience in reinforced concrete structures

*

Computer literate- ability to learn new platforms- BIM/NOVADE

* Previous EKFB experience beneficial

Other role specific requirements;

*

planning your own works with upcoming pours and leasing with Forman and PM and other engineer to coordinate novade bookings in time

*

Setting out and all that comes with it like surveys, cover meter etc

*

ensuring Forman, fixers and chippies are working to the most up to date information and understand it

*

⁠checking rebar on delivery

*

checking all installations of rebar and TW as per the drawings

*

General quality assurance of site works

*

use of BIMextra, BIM360, Novade and other platforms

*

self motivated to understand the sequence of works and anticipate what the site team will need next

*

keeping diary, records, allocation sheets and daily photos
