I'm currently working with an exciting SME business who provide first-class property maintenance, engineering and concierge services to VIP clients. This is a unique opportunity for a Property Maintenance Manager or Team Leader to take ownership of the management of the property maintenance team, including electrical, mechanical, general property maintenance and refurbishment.

The key responsibilities for your new role as Property Maintenance Manager, are as follows:

* Responsible for in house and external contractors, planning and supervising works, dealing with technical administration to include preparing reports and quotations.

* To ensure that all maintenance/mechanical works are allocated to team Supervisors, and they are completed to a satisfactory standard and within a timely manner.

* Managing and coordinating property refurbishment/building works.

My client is looking for someone who has proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical/heating and ventilation systems and electrical systems. Regardless of previous expertise, you will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, by nature, and be able to work accurately, with a close eye for detail.

In return, my client is offering fantastic pay of £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, roughly 8am-6pm. There are opportunities for weekend and overtime work, paid at time and a half.

The role is located in the Chelsea / Kensington / Westminster area and the role is commutable from most boroughs of London.
