The Role:

Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Cribbs Causeway, Bristol
Hours: 40 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekends
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 + Bonuses & OvertimeKey Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department.
Managing customer bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations.
Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure effective communication of customer needs.
Providing detailed explanations of work carried out and associated costs to customers.
Upselling additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintaining high standards of customer care, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Requirements:

Experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
