We are looking for Complex Care Nurses to work in the community.

Nurses from Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, and surrounding areas are ideal.

This specific role is based in Wakefield.

Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a fairly new care provider, who specialise in complex care. We support clients with varying physical, emotional, and all other clinical and non-clinical care needs.

We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide.

This particular role will involve:

• Providing person centred care on a 1-1 basis to a woman in her mid-30s
• Adequately supporting her with daily needs i.e. tracheostomy care, cough assist, suprapubic catheter care, personal care and all other clinical necessities
• Completing shifts 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am x7 days per week
