This role involves aiding pupils in their journey through the national curriculum.Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored academic assistance to pupils, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Support students in understanding and mastering the national curriculum.
• Assist in the development and implementation of effective teaching strategies.
• Monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback and adjusting support as needed.
