PROJECT MANAGER, ESTATES STRATEGY - SURREY - 9-12 MONTH CONTRACT - £600 to £630 per day - UMBRELLA |
ARM is delighted to be working with a public sector organisation for a Project Manager (Estates Strategy Delivery Manager) to work on a large £20million estate project they are looking to get kick started as soon as possible. This role is on a 9-12-month contract based in Surrey. |
About You:
- You must have extensive experience of estates or construction project management.
- A full current membership of a professional body is required (e.g. RICS or RIBA).
- To be successful you will have experience working on multiple complex projects.
- You should have experience managing a range of stakeholders and technical teams.

What you will be doing:
- You'll be managing a portfolio of refurbishments, new builds and disposals.
- Looking after budgets, stakeholder engagements and managing contractors. In this role you could be managing up to 3 projects at one time.
- You will also be responsible for managing staff and ensuring all your actions are consistent and transparent.

What you can expect in return:
Our client is based in Guilford, there is some travel to different sites, so a driving licence and your own transport is advantageous. This role is paying up to £630 per day (it has been deemed inside IR35), you will be able to work on a hybrid basis. |
