We are currently working with a full-service City law firm who are looking for a Legal Cashier to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be providing key support to their Legal Cashiering team managing the expenses and processes of their clients and matter accounts.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring clients’ accounts are maintained in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Manage the post of disbursements,
• Log any breaches,
• Prepare client’s fee ledgers and reconcile balances.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Legal Cashier with a strong understanding of the Solicitors Account Rules.

It is essential you have extensive knowledge around accounting, banking and matter handling systems.
