Project Manager - Fit Out

A well established carpentry, joinery and fit-out company established in 1985 providing quality services on multi million pound commercial projects and and high end domestic premises around London and the South East seek a Project Manager with Joinery and Fit Out Experience preferably from working for a Tier 1 Sub-contractor. Location wise ideally Reading/Oxfordshire areas but you should be prepared to manage and visit projects based in London from time to time.

Project Manager Key Requirements

* Commerial Awareness

* Management and co-ordination of teams of Carpenters and Joiners

* Relevant Trade & Management Qualifications

* Worked in a similar role

* Provide leadership to the team

* Delivering projects within timescale and budget

* Maintaining the highest standards of quality finish

* Excellent client facing skills

Project Manager Remuneration

Pay: £75,000 to £80,000.00 per annum plus car allowance
