Responsibilities:

* Overseeing and guiding engineering teams, business partnerships, and subcontractors.

* Planning, managing, and reviewing engineering activities to ensure products are safe, fully integrated, compliant, and delivered within cost, quality, and schedule requirements.

* Ensuring the developed solutions meet maturity expectations, while capturing all technical risks and opportunities.

* Streamlining processes to eliminate inefficiencies, enhance productivity, and create a dynamic, best-in-class capability.

* Ensuring all engineering tasks adhere to the Operational Framework and comply with relevant engineering policies.

* Leading LCM Design Reviews or technical bid assessments for smaller projects, with substantial contributions to larger initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.

* Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

* Proficiency in power systems modeling, switchgear, protection systems, and power electronics.

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with defence standards.

* Experience navigating the engineering lifecycle.
