Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and directing visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, appointments, travel, and accommodation arrangements
- Handling clerical tasks including organising and filing documents
- Managing communication channels, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and implementing office policies
- Accurately inputting data into various systems and databases
- Providing administrative support to Project Managers, Directors, and colleagues across the organisation
Essential Skills:
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
