• Billing and accounts administration duties for several teams and departments within the firm, including:
• Invoice preparation.
• Assignment of payments and inputting of supplier payment onto portal.
• Bank Authorisations for payments.
• Credit control and aged debtors, working with the retained team.
• Client account checks.
• Consultant invoice checks and payments.
• Compliance with SRA rules.

About you:

• You'll have prior experience within Legal Accounts as a Legal Cashier, or Accounts Assistant
• Comfortable working in a stand-alone role, making it your own and  supporting busy teams.
• You’ll be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Meet all tasks with enthusiasm and determination.
• Positive, friendly and a good communicator.

Wonderful large, new open offices, a short walk from Haywards Heath station.Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOEHours: 9am -6pm Monday – Thursday/ 9am-5pm FridayBenefits:
