We are dedicated to nurturing children and young people aged 10-17, from all walks of life, who face social and emotional behaviour difficulties. Our mission is to provide a sanctuary where every child can flourish.

The Role: Senior Residential Support Worker We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Senior Residential Support Worker to join our family. This role is not just a job; it's a calling to make a real difference in the lives of young individuals who are yearning for guidance and support.

Your Impact:

* Salary: Earn up to £30,000, with additional earnings of £70 per sleep-in, for up to 10 shifts a month.

* Experience Required: Bring your 1-2 years of heartfelt experience in a residential children's home to our team, and step into a senior role that promises growth and fulfilment.

Your Role:

* Leadership: Take the helm as a Shift Lead, guiding keywork sessions, risk assessments, and upholding the highest quality standards.

* Inspiration: Be the cornerstone of motivation and morale for both the children and the staff team, fostering community links and safeguarding the well-being of our young residents.

* Development: Play a pivotal role in leading, supporting, and developing our dedicated residential support teams, ensuring the highest quality care for the children we serve.

We Need You To Be:

* A Driver: A full, clean license is essential.

* Knowledgeable: An understanding of Ofsted regulations is key.

* Experienced: Familiarity with EBD and challenging behaviour is crucial, along with a sensitive, empathetic, and resilient approach.

* Skilled: Your excellent interpersonal skills, reflective practice, and IT literacy will be invaluable.

Your Schedule:

* Flexible, including day shifts, Monday to Friday, night shifts, overtime, and weekend availability.

Your Experience:

* A minimum of 1 year in a Children's Home setting is required.
