We are looking for a Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join one of London's most well established FM providers in London.

This will be a M-F position working 8-5.

This will be looking after a 10 story high-end luxury residential building in the heart of Fulham.

The salary will be 45K

Daily duties will include:

PPM's
Reatives
Plant Room Checks
Fault finding on Chiller & Cooling Towers
Working on BMS
HIU Servicing & Maintenance
Basic plumbing and electrical tasks
Emergency Light Testing
Fire Alarm Checks
Dealing with subcontractors
Diagnosing faults

To be considered for this position you must have a C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Mechanical Engineering!
