Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Salary: Up to £26,500

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner with experience in early years. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing exceptional care and education to young children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports their growth and development. This role is ideal for a dedicated practitioner with a strong background in childcare who is eager to contribute their expertise in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications:

• Early Years Qualification: Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years.
• Experience in Childcare: Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting with a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Commitment to Child Development: A passion for supporting the growth and development of young children and a commitment to creating a positive, encouraging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Childcare and Learning: Provide high-quality, individualized care and learning opportunities for young children, using your knowledge of child development to support each child's unique needs.
• Activity Planning: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework, promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Environment Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members, contributing to a positive and inclusive nursery community.
• Best Practice and Team Collaboration: Demonstrate best practices in early years education and work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care throughout the nursery.
