You will ensure that no unauthorised work is undertaken and that customer queries are handled quickly and efficiently.

Accountabilities and ownership (This links to the level of Competencies, ie Senior, Manager or Staff)

• To ensure accuracy and maximisation of the sold hours
• To receive completed job cards and to ensure final costs are agreed with customers and order numbers are obtained where appropriate before invoicing
• To manage the work in progress (WIP)
• To accurately process all warranty and R&M claims inline with the manufacturer guidelines (EWMR)
• To ensure that all administration relevant to effective running of the department is dealt with promptly and correctly within department guidelines
