The Role:

We are working with a well-known construction specialist to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects valued between €50-100M. The ideal candidate will have the capability to manage projects end-to-end, working with the Contracts Director.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficiency and quality.

* Manage contract negotiations, claims, and risk assessments.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to align project objectives.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager delivering projects of similar scale (€50M+).

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

* Expertise in contract law, procurement, and commercial management.

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Willingness to travel for projects as required (Ireland).
