SC Cleared Oracle DBA - Full-time

Initial 3-month contract role

Fully Remote

£475 - £510, Inside IR35

We're recruiting on behalf of an IT Service Provider who are looking for an Oracle DBA to install and configure Oracle databases, Golden Gate, and other data replication software and tools.

Responsibilities:

Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements by recommending and implementing database solutions.
Set up database backup and perform database recovery when required.
Optimise Oracle Database performance and guide application teams to tune SQL queries.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Oracle DBA or similar position.
Excellent skills in setting up data masking.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Performance Tuning.
Excellent knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM tools.
Good knowledge of UNIX shell or Perl Scripting.
Good knowledge of SQL.

You will need to have active SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
