Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a number of refurbishment projects across several counties! The role is working for a contractor who have picked up lots of work across the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area. The role is a great step for a Site Manager looking to join an emerging contractor

Suitable candidates must have a Full UK Drivers License, be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and be IT literate (using Word, Excel, Outlook etc). They must also have worked in an environment involving roofiing repairs from a managerial perspective (Site Manager, Supervisor etc)

As a roaming Site Manager, you will be key in operations, traveling to various sites across the region to manage and oversee roofing repairs and maintenance projects. Projects will need to be completed on time and within budget, to a high degree leaving high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple roofing repair and maintenance projects across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Wiltshire.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
Provide clear and concise reports on project status, including any issues or delays.
Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.Requirements:

Proven experience in roofing repairs and maintenance, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to travel across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Wiltshire regularly.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Valid driving license.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.What We Offer:
