Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is recruiting a Quality Inspection Team Leader for one of our clients in the Stonehouse area.

The Company:

The Company specialise in the design and manufacture of applications for the oil & gas and renewables industry

The Role:

This role will be suitable for someone with experience in an inspection role within a similar industry and proven team management capabilities.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

* Oversee goods inspection, CMM operations, non-destructive testing, and the final inspection process.

* Lead and manage the inspection team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

* Ensure all products meet required specifications before dispatch.

* Train and mentor team members to keep them up to date with the latest inspection techniques and industry best practices.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the inspection department.

* Maintain accurate records of inspection activities and results, providing regular performance reports to management.

* Foster a strong culture of safety within the team.

About You:

* Experienced in an inspection role within precision manufacturing or a similar industry.

* Qualified in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

* Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.

* Strong knowledge of CMM operations and non-destructive testing techniques.

* Proficient in using inspection tools and software.

Package:

* £50,000 per year

* Monday - Friday days

* 12 month fixed term contract

* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
