We're partnering with an exciting business based in Northampton. They are looking for a Customer Service professional to join them to provide customers with an excellent experience, via email, on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be office based and offers a fantastic environment.

Main duties will include:

* Speaking with customers via email

* Assisting with technical enquiries

* New customer application processing

* Advising customers on products

* General ad-hoc administration

The successful candidate will have:

* Good communication skills over email

* Attention to detail and organisational skills

* Good IT skills

* The want to learn and develop
