I am searching for a motivated Architectural Technician with a keen eye for detail to join a RIBA chartered practice in Hertford. The experienced team provides exceptional architectural, design and building services across the commercial and residential sectors and have an array of exciting upcoming projects.

The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient experience post qualification and should boast exceptional technical abilities alongside a great understanding of current UK building regulations. AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop knowledge is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
Sufficient UK-based experience post qualification
Produce detailed technical drawings in collaboration with the architectural team
Happy collaborating with the wider team to ensure the client's brief is always met
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Manage your workload whilst adhering to project deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop knowledge is beneficial
