Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

The perfect candidate will have proven experience from a Food Production background or similar.

🔍 Role Purpose:

Ensure materials are safe and legally compliant ✅
Maintain bakery hygiene & GMP standards 🏭
Ensure compliance with BRCGS & customer requirements 📜
Support operations and achieve company KPIs 📈
Drive continuous improvement and food safety culture 🛠️🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Foster a "Safety First" culture
✔ Implement Health & Safety initiatives
✔ Promote zero harm & best practices

🍞 Quality & Compliance:
✔ Approve suppliers, ingredients & packaging
✔ Manage supplier non-conformance's
✔ Conduct audits, GMP checks & lab testing
✔ Maintain QA records & databases
✔ Support third-party audits & compliance

📊 Strategic & Tactical Responsibilities:
✔ Drive continuous improvement
✔ Monitor and report KPIs
✔ Engage in departmental goals
