Project Manager (Fit Out) required to start with a busy, growing fit out company based in Warwickshire. The succesful candidate will be given a few projects to work on at any time, number dependant on the scale of each project and will be reporting directly to the an Operations Manager and directors.

Projects undertaken are typically fast food chains and restaurant refurbishments across the UK, many of which are in London. You will be required to oversee each project ensuring that the programmes are adhered to, procuring any additional sub-contractors or agency staff as required. The majority of the existing sub-contractors are long-term with the business so understand the nature of the work and the demands of the programmes. You will need to be commercially aware of each project and control the P&L for each with the support of a surveying team and back office staff.

This is a permanent, salaried role which is open to negotiation dependant on relevant experience.

Due to the nature of the role a company car or car allowance would be provided dependant on individual requirement.
