Hours: Monday - Friday 9.15am - 5.30pm with flexible hybrid working options.

My client, a well-respected law firm based in Tunbridge wells, is seeking a motivated Legal Administrator to join their expanding team.

Key responsibilities:

Handling phone calls and serving as a key point of contact for clients, and external organisations.
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ensure documents and correspondence move smoothly in and out of the department.
Type legal documents from handwritten notes or digital dictation.
Scan, email and fax correspondence and documents as required.
Manage files, including opening, closing, and filing documents.
Manage the Fee Earners diary, organising internal and external meetings.
We're looking for:
Strong background in administration, highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident, handles pressure well, works to deadlines and works effectively in a busy team environment.
