COMMUNITY & OPERATIONS MANAGER - CROYDON Build To Rent (BTR)
4-6 Week Temporary Assignment | £45,000 pro rata PAID WEEKLY

Seeking an experienced property professional for an immediate 4-6 week temporary role at our premium Build to Rent development in Croydon. This short-term position has potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

• ASAP START
• 1 stage interview
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
• On site at brand new build residential building

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in property management or people management (could also be hospitality)
• Strong team leadership abilities - you'll be managing one junior employee
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Available to start immediately in Croydon

What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of our prestigious Croydon development
• Manage resident services and community engagement
• Oversee health and safety compliance
• Supervise team members and contractors
• Enhance the resident experience through events and communications
