Morgan Philips is working with an Engineering company with offices in London and Birmingham who are searching for a Head of Reward Projects to join them for 6 months on an inside day rate paying up to £1000 per day.The role of Head of Reward Projects will be hybrid but will be based between the London and Birmingham offices focusing on working with a 3rd party provider to create an improved Reward strategy including implementation. The successful candidate will be from a commercial background (preferably to include Engineering) who has extensively dealt with RemCo, Board papers and who has designed and implemented strategic plans previously. Key projects for this role include equal pay and a new flexible benefit system. This role will be suitable for a Director level Reward professional who has solid experience of designing and implementing strategy previously and is used to managing upwards at board level. You will be strategic and methodical, but will also being willing to roll your sleeves up when its required.
