We are looking for a proactive and positive individual to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for this to develop into a permanent role. This role is ideal for someone who can balance front-desk reception duties with facilities support tasks, ensuring a seamless and professional environment for both staff and visitors.

Location: Fanum House, Basing View, Basingstoke RG21 4EA
Duration: Asap-temp-perm
Timings: Wed 7.30am - 4.30pm, Thursday/Friday 8.30am - 6pm
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Main duties Include
- Provide professional reception cover, greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling inquiries.
- Assist with day-to-day facilities tasks such as room setups, managing deliveries, and ensuring a tidy, organized workspace.
- Take ownership of any issues that arise, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and support across the office.
- Collaborate with the wider team to maintain a positive, smooth-running environment.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to own and resolve issues independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to assist in various areas when needed.
- Hours: Part-time, with flexibility around shifts.
Must have Admin experience
