We are looking for a Sales Person to join our client based in Castleford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with wholesale or trade merchant experience to develop their career in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing quotations & sales orders accurately for customers

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with a large customer base

* Driving sales growth by developing new and existing customer accounts

* Assisting on the trade counter and handling incoming telephone calls

* Supporting the smooth running of the branch in the Manager's absence

* Monitoring stock levels and ordering from manufacturers

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Wholesale or Trade Merchant)
Excellent time management & attention to detail
Strong customer service & communication skills
Confident telephone manner & a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Good IT skills & ability to learn new systems quickly
