Responsibilities of the Science Teacher:

Creating and delivering engaging science lessons tailored for secondary school students.
Customizing teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
Tracking and evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback to encourage growth.
Building an inclusive and interactive classroom environment that nurtures curiosity and enthusiasm for science.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to implement a comprehensive science curriculum.
Participating in extracurricular science activities such as clubs, projects, or educational trips to enhance learning experiences.
Supporting students with varied abilities to help them achieve their best in science.
Requirements for the Role:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Applications from internationally trained teachers are welcome.
A degree in a science-related field.
Experience teaching science at Key Stages 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 being an asset.
A passion for teaching and inspiring students to develop a love for science.
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
An adaptable and inclusive teaching approach that engages all learners.
