TRIA recruitment have partnered with an elite sports club in London who are seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Networks to define and execute their infrastructure roadmap and strategy during an exciting period of significant development.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a small team of engineers, work closely with the Technology Director, and play a pivotal role in shaping the club's future infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the infrastructure strategy and roadmap to support the club's growth and tech evolution.
Implement processes, policies, and governance to ensure a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment.
Provide expert guidance on technologies, third-party vendors, and tooling to ensure the infrastructure remains fit for purpose.
Lead and mentor a small, high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, engaging effectively with technical and non-technical teams across the business.

About You

Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager, Head of Infrastructure or similar, with a track record of delivering robust infrastructure strategies.
Hands-on technical expertise, combined with the ability to lead and manage a team.
Strong knowledge of process implementation, IT governance, and vendor management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for driving innovation in IT infrastructure.
