Business Development Manager - Fencing and Timber Industry

Location: Reading
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Fencing and Timber sectors.
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Track and report sales performance, providing insights to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in the Fencing and Timber industries is essential.
Strong background in business development and sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting is desirable.
