Role Overview:

We're currently looking for a organised and enthusiastic Team Administrator / Sales Coordinator to join our team in Harpenden on a 12-month fixed term contract, starting in January.

You'll be responsible for supporting the team by dealing with enquiries via phone, email or in-person, general administration and compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations in the office, ensuring properties are marketed accurately and that clients and customers receive an outstanding experience.

Team Overview:

Our team comprises one Head of Department, three Negotiators and two Coordinators. The office also houses our Residential Lettings Team of one Head of Department, one Negotiator and one Lettings Coordinators.
