Rayment Recruitment are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor for a reputable law firm in the Southend area.

The successful applicant must be NQ - up to 3PQE and have experience in residential Landlord and Tenant possession and Debt Recovery.

Experience:

• Be able to manage your own Case load
• Residential Landlord and Tenant
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant
• Land disputes (trespass/ easements etc)
• Contract dispute
• Debt Recovery
• Professional Negligence
• Employment
