Workman's Recruitment is hiring an Electrical Supervisor for a well-established refurbishment contractor trading for over 80 years, specializing in planned works within the social housing and public sectors.

You will be responsible for and oversee a team of subcontractors carrying out Fire Safety works, including fire alarm and smoke detection maintenance and emergency lighting sign-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe and productive work.

* Inspect site works, ensuring compliance with standards and schedules.

* Address issues, implement corrective actions, and report variances.

* Conduct performance appraisals and ensure policy compliance.

* Source subcontractors as needed and oversee CDM and H&S requirements.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure all project documentation is complete.

Requirements:

* Full UK Driving License

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS/SSSTS

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification

* Experience in electrical safety, fire/smoke detection, and emergency lighting

* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and ability to manage workload efficiently

Package:

* £50,000 per annum
