This role involves selling top-quality building supplies to trade professionals. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £24,500 per annum
• Uncapped Monthly Commission: With an OTE of £35k-£45k in your first year

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales by building a consistent business pipeline within your assigned territory
• Sell high-quality building materials to current accounts and prospective businesses
• Convert warm leads into successful sales through direct engagement
• Source and generate new leads to expand our customer base
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing accounts and building strong relationships
• Ensure efficient processing of customer orders
• Utilize our CRM system to manage and grow your customer base

About You:

• No prior sales experience needed
• Motivated by financial success and achieving targets
• Enjoys engaging with customers over the phone
• Possesses a positive, can-do attitude
• Committed to providing excellent customer service
• Eager to learn about various trades and related products
• Basic computer skills for navigating our CRM system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a 1 hour unpaid break
• Enjoy your weekends off!
