This role involves selling top-quality building supplies to trade professionals. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
What We Offer:

- Uncapped Monthly Commission: With an OTE of £35k-£45k in your first year

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales by building a consistent business pipeline within your assigned territory
- Sell high-quality building materials to current accounts and prospective businesses
- Convert warm leads into successful sales through direct engagement
- Source and generate new leads to expand our customer base
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing accounts and building strong relationships
- Ensure efficient processing of customer orders
- Utilize our CRM system to manage and grow your customer base
About You:
- No prior sales experience needed
- Motivated by financial success and achieving targets
- Enjoys engaging with customers over the phone
- Possesses a positive, can-do attitude
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- Eager to learn about various trades and related products
- Basic computer skills for navigating our CRM system
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a 1 hour unpaid break
- Enjoy your weekends off!
